Refund & Return Policy

At Vital Kōkua, we put a lot of care into every product we make — from the ingredients we choose to the quality checks each batch goes through before it ever reaches you. We want you to feel confident in what you’re putting into your body, and we stand behind everything we sell.

1. General Policy

Because Vital Kōkua products are dietary supplements — ingestible health products — we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This is not just our policy; it is an industry-standard practice designed to protect the safety and integrity of every product for every customer.

Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Returns

We will consider a return or refund request if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt) is provided.
• The product has not been damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse.

Once your request is approved, you will be provided with return shipping instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products returned after 30 days of delivery
• Products purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly)
• Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discount

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right — quickly. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve your issue as efficiently as possible. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund at no cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start the process, please reach out to us directly — we are a small, founder-led company and we genuinely want to hear from you.

Contact us at vitalkokua@vitalitydentalkc.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include the following:

• Your full name and order number
• The reason for your return request
• A photo of the product, if applicable

We will respond within 2 business days.
